Microsoft Word short cut keys
Have been seeing people asking questions about Microsoft Word or other packages short cut keys.
So my Today post is dedicated to that;
Have arranged them alphabetically so sit back and go through this article.
Here is the list of most used short cut keys in Microsoft Word.
1 ctrl + A= to align or select all
2.Ctrl + B=to Bold
3. Ctrl + C=to copy
4. Ctrl + D= to duplicate
5. Ctrl + E= to centralize
6. Ctrl + F= to open find box
7. Ctrl + G= to open the goto command.
8. Ctrl + H= align to right.
9. Ctrl + I= to italics selected word
10. Ctrl + J= to justify
11. Ctrl + K=to insert hyperlink to selected word
12. Ctrl + L= align selected words to left.
13. Ctrl + M= indent the paragraph.
14. Ctrl + N= open new blank document.
15. Ctrl + O= opens dialog box
16. Ctrl + P= to print current page.
17.Ctrl + R= align selected text to right.
18. Ctrl + S= to save.
19. Ctrl + T. To create hanging indent.
20. Ctrl + U= to underline selected text.
21. Ctrl + V= to paste.
22. Ctrl + W=close active window or page.
23. Ctrl + X=to cut
24. Ctrl + Y= to redo
25. Ctrl + Z= to undo

Quickly

27.Ctrl + Shift + F =Change the
font.
28. Ctrl + Shift + >= Increase
selected
font +1pts
up to 12pt
and then
increase
font +2pts.
29.Ctrl + ] =Increase
selected
font +1pts.
30.Ctrl + Shift + < =Decrease
selected
font -1pts if
12pt or
lower; if
above 12,
decreases
font by
+2pt.
31.Ctrl + [ = Decrease
selected
font -1pts.
32. Ctrl + / + c= Insert a
cent sign
(¢).
33. Ctrl + ' + <char> =Insert a
character
with an
accent
(grave)
mark, where
<char> is
the
character
you want.
For
34.Ctrl + <left arrow> =Moves one
word to the
left.
35.Ctrl + <right arrow> =Moves one
word to the
right.
36.Ctrl + <up arrow> Moves to
the
beginning of
the line or
paragraph.
37.Ctrl + <down arrow> =Moves to
the end of
the
paragraph.
38.Ctrl + Del = permanently.
39.Ctrl + Backspace =Deletes
word to left
of cursor.
40.Ctrl + End =Moves the
cursor to
the end of
the
document.
41. Ctrl + Home =Moves the
cursor to
the
beginning of
the
document.
42.Ctrl + Space bar= Reset
highlighted
text to the
default font.
