playstore after download then launch.

2.Now select “pick a photo” from the
options as shown below

into square

3.Then hit save at the top right
corner beside instagram icon
Now you can edit the image you just
created by changing the background
blur, gradient or the strength of your
effect

Now you can go to Whatsapp and
set the image as your profile picture
